This policy represents the views that LearnLab AS (hereafter referred to as \u201cwe\u201d) holds regarding diversity, accessibility, inclusion, and equality with respect to using and learning through our education platform.<\/p>\n

Aims of The Policy<\/strong>
\nThis text describes LearnLab\u2019s aims regarding accessibility without being legally binding. This document does not constitute a technical or functional specification for any part of LearnLab\u2019s product.<\/p>\n

Diversity and Inclusion Principles<\/strong>
\nWe believe:
\n\u2022 that deep learning and well-being should include everyone.
\n\u2022 in raising the bar and closing the gap in education.
\n\u2022 that diversity is an asset that enables us to learn from each other, and should therefore be positively encouraged.<\/p>\n

We do not discriminate or exclude due to individual characteristics or circumstances, including but not limited to age, disability, gender, gender identity, sexual orientation, marital status, political opinion, pregnancy\/maternity\/paternity, race, colour, caste, nationality, ethnic or national origin, religion or belief, socioeconomic background, trade union membership status, or education level \u2014 in accordance with, but not restricted to, the scope of the law.<\/p>\n

Accessibility aims<\/strong>
\nWe aim to be compliant with the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) version 2.0 (http:\/\/www.w3.org\/TR\/WCAG20\/<\/a>), to an AA conformance level.<\/p>\n
